Day #102 - Mobile, AL

Oh, how far we have come! Found this map and reflected on our travels since we left our familiar group at Wheeler.
Today was a beautiful day again and we spent it running around and pulling maintenance. Not a lot to report other than that. The highlight of the day was that Andy got the heat (reverse cycle) working in the staterooms and worked forever on the furnace to no avail.
I spent the day driving here to there running errands and trying to get whatever we might need while we still had a rental car. Will take it back in the morning.
The highlight of the day was about 3:00 when I got back to the marina Roy and Ellen were onboard for a visit. We enjoy their company and great to see a familiar face. Talked to Vicki and Paul on Freedom tonight. They gave us all great information about what to expect from here to Carrabelle and we certainly appreciate their input and miss their company.
Hoping tomorrow is the big day to finish the repairs. The prop was returned and we await the delivery of the shaft tomorrow morning….hopefully.
All is well, miss our friends and family and love their calls and emails. Keep ‘em coming.
